Chain quest de Pandaren

A chain quest dos pandaren bugou, Npc me deu a quest e sumiu, também não ficou armazenada a quest no Quest log - Missing Mallet.

O pior é que perdi itens de herança que havia enviado para o char.

Como não teve interação vou explicar qual está sendo o erro mais comum.
Quest 36 Still Good!
Quest 37 Missing Mallet
Quest 38 Stronger Than Wood

Você fez a quest 36 e a 38

Abandonando ou pulando a quest 37, algo que vem ocorrendo bastante.
Como até hoje nenhum jogador explicou como fez essa proeza de se sabotar, não tenho como considerar isso um bug, já que 5X testei, 4X passei.
São 6 jogadores com o mesmo problema até agora e nenhum explicou como fez.
Contra 75 que já escolheram sua facção. 
A única forma que consegui fazer ele "bugar" foi, completando as missões 37 e 38, entregando a missão 38 e abandonando a missão 37.
Se tiver outra forma me explica, pois eu não consegui me sabotar de outra forma.
